Armed with my passion and persaverance I continue to build on my understanding of identity systems. I strongly beleive that communication design serves its strongest purpose as a problem solving tool and when manipulated with great care, can present itself as a universal language. I am driven and intrigued by the seemingly endless possibilities found in intelligently crafted indentities. I consider my greatest asset to be approachability. Presenting myself as someone who is first and foremost comitted and prepared to do what is required. I thoroughly enjoy team-based environments and their ability to give birth to creative ideas through definitive research and development.
New brand for a client who’s starting up their Personal Training business. Based in Christchurch, NZ, NovaFit caters to high performance athletes and those who are wanting to take the first step into bettering their fitness.
Re-brand for my freelance handle. I think, after 5 years, I’ve come up with something that I am 100% in love with. Hopefully I feel the same next week.
A client had discovered me and the work I had previously done with Japanese Mon’s. This time the client had no connection to Japanese heritage but still wanted the simplicity and boldness that mon’s can often offer. The client’s family had a long history of being connected to the trident. What you see is the finished family emblem.
The Futura of T-shirt design.
Formulaic t-shirt design keeps me up at night. Here is my ode to this rampant trend.

An attempt at a minimalist style movie poster. Seeing as The Matrix is my favourite movie (along with the sequels) I thought it a good place to start.
Country Treats is a natural, organic substitute for flour products made from 100% chestnuts.
Country Treats required an earthy, fresh brand that could be easily identified on a supermarket shelf amongst other health-food products.
Business cards and simple packaging design (bag wrappers) were also created for Country Treats.

This is a re-drawn crest for a local student hall called Fergusson Hall. They were without digital versions of their crest and they needed representation in order to celebrate their upcoming 50th jubilee.
